Directions: Dip a spoolie brush or use your finger tip into the wax, groom your brows into an up motion, press your finger down for secure hold.
For extra hold, use a bit of hairspray on your finger and press your finger down on your brows.
Ingredients: Water, Ceteareth-25 Butylene Glycol, VPNA Copolymer Phenoxyethanol, DMDM Hydantoin.
